1. Link-UP Project among 30,000 Young People & MSM vulnerable on HIV/AIDS in 11 districts in Chittagong division supported by Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Netherlands consortium with HASAB, Marie Stopes Bangladesh and Population Council since 2014, 

2. Expanding HIV/Prevention Service with MSM & Transgender in Sathkhira district supported by GFATM, ICDDR, through Light House since 2014, 

3. Influencing policy people for positioning the sexual and reproductive health and rights in Cox’s Bazar district & National level supported by IPPF since 2014, 

4. Community action Sexual Reproductive Health and Right Policies in Asia in Dhaka Metropolitan City & Mymensingh district supported by HASAB since 2012,  

5. Expanding HIV Prevention for MSM and Hijra in Bangladesh in Satkhira district among MSM and Hijra consortium with Light House in 2010, 

6. HIV/AIDS Intervention Services (HAIS) Package#11 in Cox’s Bazar Sadar, Teknaf Upazila of Cox's Bazar district, and Dhaka district among 1050 Street Based Sex Workers supported by World Bank, through NASP and  Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in 2004 to 2010, 

7. HIV/AIDS Prevention Project (HAPP): Procurement of NGO Services (PNS) for Street Based Sex Workers Package in Teknaf, Noakhali and Cox’s Bazar among 600 Street Based Sex Workers supported by World Bank, DFID and UNICEF in 2004 - 2007 and extended re-titled as HIV/AIDS Targeted Intervention (HATI) to 2009, 

8. Capacity Building project for women and Children in Brothels (CBP) among 650 Sex workers and their children in Jessore,  Khulna, and Cox’s Bazar districts supported by Community Contribution, CDF & ACLAB’s own funding in 2007, 

9. Piloting Managed Health Care for Sex Workers in Jessore brothel among 600 Commercial Sex Workers supported by Development Market Place, Washington DC; and World Bank in 2004,  

10. Prevention and Control Program on STD/HIV/AIDS in Burimari land port in Lalmonirhat among 2000 Truckers, Labours and transport workers supported by ACLAB’s own fund in 2002, 

11. Capacity Building, Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Livelihood of Socially Disadvantaged Women and Their Children living in brothels in Jessore Brothel among 650 Sex Workers Children supported by Department of Social Service (DSS) and UNDP in 2000,  expanded in 2002 - 2007,

12. Awareness Raising on Health Care and Control and Prevention of STDs/HIV/AIDS and Reproductive Health for the garments workers in Mirpur 1 in Dhaka Metropolitan  among the 300 garments workers Supported by Directorate of Family Planning (DFP) of Bangladesh Government and ACLAB’s own in 2002, 

13. Survey on the Socially Disadvantaged Women (Commercial Sex Workers) and their children living in brothel in Narayanganj, Mymensing, Jesssore and Rajbari district among 4460 Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) supported by Ministry of Social Welfare (MSW) of Bangladesh Government  in 1999, 

14. Prevention and Control of STD/AIDS through Education and Promotion of Condom Use in Kandu Patti Brothels in Dhaka among 500 Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) Supported by CIDA Canada in 1995, 

15. Need Assessment of the Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) in Jessore Brothels among 490 Commercial Sex Workers Supported by HASAB in 1995,
